Jascha Lieberman studied classical music under the supervision of many famous teachers. He was a student of Giora Feidman and Leopold Kozłowski who are experts on traditional Jewish music. He was also a member of string quartets supervised by Krzysztof Penderecki. He performed chamber music in Europe and in the United States and participated in renowned festivals such as: Sagra Malatestiana Rimini (Italy), Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival (Germany), Verbier Festival & Academy (Switzerland). He also performed on the most prestigious stages in the world including the Philharmonic Hall in Berlin, Kolarac Hall, and Palace of Justice.
Lieberman took part in special concerts for Krzysztof Penderecki on the day of the composer’s 60th Birthday Anniversary in Mainz and Prague. Jascha Lieberman was also invited by Steven Spielberg to Jerusalem where he gave a concert dedicated to the survivors from the Schindler’s List.
